Taking action in your life
Choose an area or areas of your in which you wish to take action and use the following issues to assist you to move forward.
1 Allow yourself some time each day to focus on what it is that you want and desire in your life,

2 Allow yourself time in each day to exercise, a walk, a visit to the gym, run up some stairs, jog on the spot

Result Improve your circulation and breathing, increase your energy and fitness
3 Allow yourself to unwind and relax each day, release the tensions that you are holding in your body, imagine gathering them up into your chest and expel all of the air in one big breath
Time 2 minutes
Result Calm and relaxed
4 Look at how you respond in a specific set of circumstances and see if you can create a better or different response
Time 10 minutes
Result Being more aware of your actions and adapting them to suit your current circumstances.
5 Prioritise the issues in your life which are important to you, write them down with their positive and negative aspects and release any which may not serve you at this time
Time 20 to 30 mins
Result Shining a light and creating focus on the things which are important to you
6 Identify a blockage in your thinking or your life, it may well be a remnant from childhood, and look at the effects it has on you and how it prevents you from moving forward in your life. What can you do to dis-create this memory or issue?

Result Feeling empowered and in control
7 Have a spring clean, either mental or physical. Release mental thoughts and issues which are holding you back and or gather up items of your belongings which do not serve you any longer, let them go, put them out for a rubbish collection or donate them to a charity organisation.
Time as much as you need
Result Feeling freer and less weighed down.
8 Smile at someone you do not know. Yours may well be the only gesture of kindness in their day. Allow yourself to feel that smile on the inside as well. For you truly deserve it also
Time 5 seconds or more
Result you feel good, hold onto that feeling.
9 Focus on your breathing is it fast and shallow or deep and slow. People who breathe more deeply accomplish more and are less stressed and tend to accomplish more.
10 Honour yourself, for after all you do deserve it, and if you do not honour yourself, how can you then honour another.
