Adult Communication
Again an early Sounds from Source practitioner program at no 7;Communication Adult sounds are based on the theory that more people have fear of success than fear of failure, despite the apparent desire of humanity to succeed in life.
The Communication sounds address the issues and memories stored within the individual cells of the body of the client of such fears of success or failure which may be locked in to the cells on all and any levels.
Following the cellular memories of the body from its conception, and including any rejection by Genetic family members, and all the memories of the genetic ancestral line into which this child is conceived or born, as well as any possible rejection by siblings, and or being wanted as a male child at conception.
These sounds also cover fears in communication with others in individual and or group situations on all and any levels, including written and pictorial communications.
At 5 minutes and five seconds long this is a powerful way to assist with your own communication.
During the many years I have worked using Self Empowerment and Regression therapies with my clients I was aware that many more of them had a ‘Fear of Success’ rather than a ‘Fear of Failure’.
Susan and I spent many long hours discussing this fact and looking at the reasons why this was so, eventually the Communication Sounds were developed to address the deep seated fears we have when placed in situations where we need to communicate.
These can be one on one, in a group, given a deadline to work to, and especially being asked to read aloud.
Comment from Susan – I was working on a project and just couldn’t seem to allow it to happen, as my fear around success was huge. Sheila developed this sound to help me deal with that. Depending upon your own particular issue, you will probably require this sound in conjunction with several others to help you move forward. As you progress, different levels of fears and issues will most probably come up and must be dealt with at that level. I mention this, because for most of us, we continue to strike obstacles or challenges as we progress up the self improvement ladder. Annoying I know, but as long as you continue to move forward in the direction of your choice, then it’s OK – it’s called life.

Classroom for Home SchoolingClassroom 1 Bells and Frequencies, Classroom 2 Bells and Music
The two individual Classroom programsClassroom 1 Bells and Frequencies, Classroom 2 Bells and Musicare based on earlier programs that I introduced to Sounds from Source accredited trainers and Sounds from Source students many years ago.
Those vibrational programs allowed Sounds from Source accredited trainers to take an often disparate group of students, many of whom they would never have met before and to form a cohesive learning experience that assisted the individual types of learners. The four primary types of learners: visual, auditory, reading/writing, and kinesthetic. Each of these learning types responds best to a different method of teachingor individual learning capabilities or skills or audio, visual, kinethsetic.
Each learning type responds best to a different method of teaching. Auditory learners will remember information best after reciting it back to the presenter, while kinesthetic learners will jump at the chance to participate in a hands-on activity. The visual student will respond to images and the audio to the spoken word or information.
Allowing that each person sharing or presenting information wants to be understood as well as create a positive ‘learning or sharing, it is important to cover the individual areas.
Equally I believe as important is the overall mood and attention levels of the students and it was a number of conversations with colleagues who are ‘teachers’ generally full time and the ‘levels’ of inattention and distraction that they were experiencing in classroom situations.
Having ‘home schooled’ two of my children some thirty plus years ago I had experienced both ‘teaching or sharing knowledge’ with children and adults and could understand the frustrations of teachers who genuinely wanted the best for their students.
It did not take a lot of persuasion for me to create this series of short yet powerful programs in 2013 which have not been available publicly until now.
The two individual Classroom programsClassroom 1 Bells and Frequencies, Classroom 2 Bells and Music were originally created with Tibetan Tingshaw bells which carry the intention to assist with focus and attention and the optimal levels of understanding and comprehension.
Classroom 1 Bells and Frequencies combines the Tibetan bells with a frequency overlay to assist in taking the vibrational instructions deep into the cell levels
Classroom 2 Bells and Music, by adding the music overlay they can be played on low or silent at the beginning of a session and as they are under four minutes long at 3 minutes and 45 seconds are a good option to play prior to beginning a session.
Feedback from a variety of teachers in many modalities including primary and high schools where in some instances they would have a combined class of ages and skill levels often with learning or behavioural disabilities was all positive.
They have been used by gym owners and martial arts coaches also with positive feedback.

Energetically Accepting Confidence and Self Assurance with Music and Frequencies
The Sounds from Source Energetically Accepting Confidence and Self Assurance sounds no 131 were the fourth of 6 very powerful sounds written in one short day with a foundation or base of the Freedom sounds which were created just over a year ago early 2007. (Yes I wrote some of this a long time ago)
The Freedom Sounds were unique in their way of being written, and although very short were and still are extremely powerful in the levels of genetic ancestral patterning that they work to.
The title of the Energetically Accepting Confidence and Self Assurance sounds looks at and then dis-creates the levels of fear and worry we may have about attempting new tasks and projects and of being in the public spotlight or needing to display a confident persona to the world.
How did this sound came about?
All of my life I have suffered from shyness, horrifically as a small child, and not much better as an adult. Yet most people who know me now would dispute that fact.
I have been described as outgoing and confident in the past and I have laughed and said it is a good front for how I really feel.
Knowing that to share the Sounds from Source with the world as we are instructed to do, that I would need to be prepared to actually speak publicly about them at some stage rather than just ring bells, the Energetically Accepting Confidence and Self Assurance sounds were a must.
May they assist others with the same or similar issues

The Energetically Fearless and Optimistic sounds were the third of 6 very powerful Sounds from Source sounds no 134 with a foundation or base of the Freedom sounds which were created just over a year ago early 2007.(Yes written a long time ago)
The Freedom Sounds were unique in there way of being written, and although very short were and still are extremely powerful in the levels of genetic ancestral patterning they work to.
The title of the Energetically Fearless and Optimistic sounds looks at and then dis-creates the levels of fear and worry we may have about attempting new tasks, or the genetic memory of being victimised or held to ridicule for example.
This is an issue which has arisen for both Susan and I, just how do we explain what we do to people who for example have no understanding of energy.
The bottom line answer was what we do doesn’t fit into a box or a pigeon hole so just tell it like it is, and people will either accept it or not.
With the launch of our web sites, and excitingly more to come we have been more and more aware that we literally ‘needed to come out of the closet’ and talk about what it is that we do as it is, and not try to fit it into a box to suit other people.
The original Healing Sounds and now Sounds from Source programs have been a huge growth acceleration for both Susan and I, we have really had to look at ourselves on some very deep levels, and I daily give thanks for the blessings of having Susan and her family in my life.
Without Susan I would not be sharing sound number 134 with you at all.
Comment from Susan – Amen to what Sheila has just said. When we first started with the sounds – I was trying to figure out what category the sounds came under and struggled accordingly.
Then one day when Sheila and I were working together, Sheila went into channelling mode and a lovely (one of the first) private messages came through for us.
Basically, it told us that what we were doing was outside of the square and so we or should I say I – couldn’t fit it in a box anywhere.
With this realisation, we decided the only thing we could do was to state where these sounds had come from and put our wares out there. And ofcourse people would either choose to use them or choose not to use them.

Focus Activation and Movement with Bells
The Sounds from Source Focus, Activation and Movement sounds no 131 remove the blockages to being focused, acting on that focus and having the motivation to move ahead in life or a given task.
These original sounds were created with Tibetan Tingshaw bells.
Often we have the focus, however we fail to take the action necessary to move into the phase or area we wish to be in.
Recently I was told that you can have all the dreams and goals in the world however unless you take ‘massive action’ nothing is going to change.
So today was ‘massive action’ day, and the Focus, Activation and Movement sounds were born.

How this sound came about
For some weeks now Carol, a good friend, colleague and fellow Sounds from Source practitioner /enthusiast has been talking to me about some ‘Just do it’ sounds, and… I did say I would look at them……..
Well this evening as I was about to serve dinner my husband handed me the telephone and I spoke to Carol for just a few minutes, basically telling her about the two new sounds which had been created today, Sabotage Encodements and Detachment.
Carol, as always was supportive and commented on how ‘light’ I sounded. I explained that it was the new sounds I had created and played for both Susan and myself just a short while earlier and that I was literally firing on all cylinders. Carol again reminded me that we could do with some ‘just do it’ sounds and I wrote the other words she used of focus, action and movement on a piece of paper as I went back to the kitchen.
Dinner over and a late appointment booked in with Susan when she finishes work for us put together an exciting new project that ‘arrived’ last weekend by a spiritual messenger, I decided that I could create another sound tonight.
Now Susan has no idea about this sound so I am anticipating an ecstatic response from her when she receives this page attached to an email to load to the site when she arrives home. In case you haven’t already guessed I am not the Computer literate person in our partnership.
Comment from Susan – This sound took me by surprise. We had the Taking Action sound, but this moves the process to a whole new level and considering the amount of work I have had to do to bring these sounds to the public eye. It is one which I welcome very, very much. If you require some oomph to move you along, particularly on a large project – I would seriously recommend a session incorporating this sound. Parent / Carer Pack 1, Parent Carer, Emotional Enhancement, Elevated Energy
The Parent / Carer Pack is based on an early Sounds from Source sound Number 18
The Parent Carer program was created with Tibetan Tingshaw bells and it was created to allow Parents and Carers, to release the tensions, frustration, stress and anxieties which may be associated with being a Parent and or a Carer.
These calming sounds are designed to replace the often physical as well as mental and emotional stresses and tensions of being a parent or carer with a calm, peaceful, relaxed and tranquil state, which is beneficial to the physical as well as the emotional levels of the body.
These sounds may be played as often required or desired to retain this calm peaceful state.
Length of Sound 3minutes and 27 seconds
The Parent Carer sounds were created for two reasons, having worked with children for many years and often children with learning and or behavioural difficulties, one was to assist the many parents who expressed to me the difficulties they experienced in remaining calm when the literally felt like ‘killing their children’ or to use an old expression to ‘throw the baby out with the bathwater, and the lengths they went to not give in to these urges. As a mother of numerous children myself, I could identify with those thought only too well.
The second reason was that a number of clients as well as friends who have the responsibility of children or often elderly relatives who require constant care, and that there is little available in terms of respite care or at times, or even a break. These sounds were developed to assist with these issues by creating a calm and tranquil state.
Comment from Susan – I have often used this sound for business clients, use a little lateral thinking when using the sounds. Often a business person will be a ‘parent’ caring for their business. So, if business is going through a somewhat ‘stressful’ time. Consider playing this sound.
The Emotional Enhancement program is a combination of the Tibetan Tingshaw bells overlayed with an energetic frequency intended to improve mood and to establish improved levels of emotional enhancement. I included this program in the 7 Steps to Freedom Anxiety giveaway program some years ago as a support program and have had extremely good feedback from it.
The Emotional Enhancement program can be played as desired either individually or in a play list with the Parent carer and the Elevated Energy program. They can be on very low to silent and will not have an effect on anyone else unless they are willing to accept them.

The Study Program Bells
The Study sounds are an early Sounds from Source program at no 67 and were created in 2005/ 2006. Like the majority of the Sounds from Source programs they have been created with Tibetan Tingshaw bells and can be played on very low to silent.
Description of sound
The Study sounds were originally developed to assist a number of young clients of mine. These non invasive sounds have been immensely popular with both the young student and older clients alike, with many reporting an ease of studying that they had never experienced before.
The Study sounds can be utilised in anumber of ways; played before you study, while you are studying to assist in maintaining focus and concentration, or they can be played over night on a low volume to assist with memory retention. They are also beneficial if combined with the Motivation, Memory Improvement or The Brain and Memory programs.
Sound Length 6 minutes 47 seconds
Historically the impetus for creating the study soundwas a request from ‘country clients’who’s son had travelled to the city to attend university and who was in his own words ‘struggling’ with the work load required at university,
He was one of a number of younger clients who complained about their lack of focus and concentration when studying, especially those studying at higher education and university levels where the study load can be quite high, These sounds have been extremely popular with many people, with a number of young clients I trialled them with reporting higher grades with less effort on their part.
The information which was contained within the Study sounds became the basis or foundation for exploring a number of later sounds including motivation, memory improvement and later the brain and memory programs which became a part of the Absolute Autism series in 2007.
