An odd comment for me to be making you may be thinking when I usually sign off my ramblings with Peace Love and Light.

I have for more years than I care to remember stated that ‘I personally do not’ do the good and bad, or good and evil descriptions of people, situations and events. My personal view point has been that ‘evil’ turned the other way says ‘live’ and that is what we are here on planet Earth to do, Live and experience life.

I have preferred over the years to use the terms Positive and Negative instead.

Recently I was part some forums on Linked In, where in one a fellow member made a beautiful suggestion to hold an Around the World Healing day and asked for other people’s thoughts on the idea.

My comment- Some years ago I was asked why if I could create vibrational sounds that worked then why hadn’t I made one for ‘World Peace’ 

My reply at the time was that not everyone wants peace, and did I as an individual have the right to inflict what I might want onto other people.

Eventually after much thought I did create a set of sounds which we called Peace, they were created with the intention that they would be of benefit to those who desired them and would not have an effect on those who did not.

As a holistic practitioner I would question whether sending anything at all to where is has not asked for is a form of trespass.

Now this brought a number of responses which included the oft heard one of ‘Everything is love and light’.

Another forum questioned how to remove or deal with negative attachments. There were a lot of suggestions as each person presents theirs from their own perspective; however the underlying thread appeared to be Love and Light.

Well sorry people from my perspective, It is not all love and light.

For many years I explained my viewpoint of Positive and Negative using to clients using scribbled diagrams to show them what I meant.

One day the ‘powers that be’ or my inner guidance did a ‘Sorry Sheila, but you have got it wrong’ message, so I asked to be shown what they would like me to say instead.

What they shared with me was quite different, as well as eye opening from my perspective and it is the explanation I have used since that time and that I was given as the Levels of Archetypal Light and Shadow.

Basically I was told that at any time we are moving between the levels of light and shadow, not good and bad, or good and evil or even light and dark. It made a great deal of sense to me.

Although Sounds from Source and the Sounds from Source Academy are a huge part of my life, a very important part also is the Energetic Balance and Harmony side of the work that Susan and I do.

The Energetic Balance and Harmony programs are based on the deeper and less spoken of areas of life. The voices in the head, self mutilation, suicidal tendencies, ghosts, haunted houses and more…

They have long held a fascination for me, and these areas have been a part of my working life for many years.

Some times as I have said, ‘Sorry people its time to wake up and smell the roses’ is more true than we may want to acknowledge or realise.

As Tom Hanks told us in the 1994 movie Forrest Gump ‘my mama always said ‘life was like a box of chocolates you never know what you’re gonna get.‘

That statement is so true, and why I continually tell Sounds from Source practitioners to ‘Be Aware’

Offering you Peace Love and Light should you choose to accept it.
