Duty of Care Policy

What is duty of care – a requirement that a person act toward others and the public with watchfulness, attention, caution and prudence that a reasonable person in the circumstances would. If a person’s actions do not meet this standard of care, then the energetic frequencies contained within the vibrational sound programs may be dissipated protect the energies of the end client.

My duty of care is three fold.

1. I have a duty of care to the body of consciousness or collective intelligence which is aeons old from whom I have received information and knowledge and the spiritually based metaphysical tools that I offer to world at large.
2. I have a duty of care to the practitioners and teaching facilitators whom I train.  If a person’s actions do not meet this standard of care, then the energetic frequencies contained within the vibrational sound programs may be dissipated protect the energies of the end client..
3. I also have an overview duty of care to the clients who connect with the metaphysical spiritual tools provided by Sheila-Kennedy.com

I was also told to look at how sound travels, not in waves as I had described it previously. That it penetrates and disperses (a wide ranging frequency) and it reverberates.

Although I hold a duty of care to the practitioners and teaching facilitators I train, they also have a duty of care themselves to keep their energy and premises energetically clean and be aware of what other energies they are using within an ‘energetic’ session, such as energies or techniques which are not part of the Sheila-Kennedy.com modalities

To this end it is not the responsibility of Sheila-Kennedy.com to repair any damage, or be held accountable, when such actions have not been carefully thought out or executed in a manner which is safe and for the highest good of both the client and the practitioner.
