The Best Workout for youprogram was created in 2008based on a series of three sounds which were created for use as a gym or exercise program.

Much has been written on the benefits of vibrational therapy, however hands on use is always the best and a great way for you to experience the benefits of working with this set of sounds.

This unique program consists of three short individual MP3 programs which are suitable for download to an MP3 player or phone.

The Best Workout for You program is the result of many years of research into muscle tension and the lack of flexibility in the physical body and it is intended to

release muscle tensions and fatigue in your body – and to assist with your athletic recovery and body toning processes. It is not intended to replace your normal workout or training program, it can however be seen as your ‘secret weapon’ to optimal fitness.

The Flexibility sounds can be played as required to release muscle tension and to maintain flexible movement. Please see below for an explanation on how to ‘check’ your own ‘flexibility’.

The Best Workout for You -is designed release all of the locks and blockages in the physical body allowing a greater range of movement and ‘flexibility’, as well as assist with recovery and muscle tone.You can focus on specific muscle areas by using you own intention on the muscle groups you wish to tone or relax, while listening to the sounds, thus creating a more flexible and relaxed or toned body system.

One of the ‘secret weapons’ of these programs is that you can play the sounds for yourself whether you are working out or not; we all know that it is not always possible to ‘go to a gym or your regular sporting activity as often as you might plan, and this will assist you in your overall fitness.

The Releasing Muscle Tension sounds can be played after a workout or fitness routine to assist body flexibility and strength capacity and to release the tension from your muscles resulting in less muscle soreness and fatigue.

When I originally worked on this program in 2007 I shared it with a sports minded colleague who is a marathon runner; I explained that she should play tracks 1 and 2 before she went for a run and then track 3 following her run.

Following her run I received an indignant phone call asking what on earth I had sent her as she had not performed well on her run (in detail). My response of ‘You played all 3 sounds at once didn’t you’? and her Ohh, yes I did!

The Releasing Muscle Tension sound is intended to release ‘muscle tension; AFTER / FOLLOWING exercising.

These programs are perfect for any sports person or for people who are want to regain some of their flexibility, the Flexibility sound – gives you the best levels of flexibility before you begin your workout or gym program

The sounds also assist with recovery from work out session or any strenuous physical activity such as gardening.

How to use The Best Workout for You

Flexibility Sounds

The Flexibility sounds can be played as required to release muscle tension and to maintain flexible movement.

The easiest way to demonstrate an increase in flexibility to do a before and after test.

Prior to playing the flexibility sounds you might like to do the following exercise.

Stand with legs hip width apart.  Rest your arms by your side and raise up to shoulder height so that you create a star stance.  Turn your head to toward the right shoulder and following your outstretched right arm, turn your upper body to the right as far as possible, without pain.  Make a visual note of how far your upper body has turned and return to a frontal stance.  Turn your head toward your left shoulder and following your outstretched left arm, turn your upper body to the left as far as possible without pain.  Make a visual note of how far your upper body has turned and return to a frontal stance.

Now play the flexibility sounds and repeat this exercise.  Make a note of how far your upper body turns in each direction.
